Caution
Fluff Nigiri Sushi before adding it to the machine.
For Nigiri Sushi at 40°C or less and vacuum-cooled Nigiri Sushi, fluff thoroughly before adding it to the machine.
When using a dishwasher, wash the parts at 65°C or less for 45 seconds or less and rinse them at 85°C or less for 15 seconds or less.
