■ Recommended Operating Environment (for optimal performance)
・iPhone / iPad
iOS / iPadOS 17 or later, iPhone 12 or later, iPad equipped with A14 Bionic chip or later, Safari (latest version), Wi-Fi, 5G, or a stable 4G network (download speed of 10 Mbps or higher recommended).
・Android
Android 12 or later, ARCore-compatible device, 6 GB RAM or more, Snapdragon 778G, Dimensity 1080, or equivalent/higher performing processor, Google Chrome (latest version), Google Play Services for AR up to date, Wi-Fi, 5G, or a stable 4G network (download speed of 10 Mbps or higher recommended).

Please note that the service may not function properly in the following environments:
・Devices not supported by ARKit or ARCore
The AR functionality itself will not be available.
・iPhone SE (1st generation), iPhone 8, and earlier models
Depending on the generation, these devices may no longer be supported by iOS. Additionally, due to hardware performance constraints (CPU/RAM), operation may become unstable with high-load 3D content.
・Android 8 and earlier versions
Support for WebAR features and compatible browsers is insufficient.
・Android devices with 3 GB RAM or less
Due to memory limitations, display delays or browser crashes may occur when loading 3D data.
・In-app browsers (LINE, Instagram, X, etc.)
Browser features required for WebAR may be restricted.
・OS / Browsers not supported officially by the manufacturer
They may not support the latest WebAR features, leading to unexpected behavior or failure to operate correctly.
