SUZUMO Fair 2023 Tokyo was held on April 18 (Tue.) and 19 (Wed.), 2023, and attracted more than 730 visitors from 450 companies in the food business as restaurants, take-out, hotels, and school meal services, far exceeding the number of visitors in previous years.
At SUZUMO Fair 2023 Tokyo, we presented ideas that can be used starting tomorrow, such as new menus that can be made with SUZUMO machines and selling methods, categorized by business type. Over 50 cutting-edge products and technologies, that will make the impacts to the food business industry after the COVID-19 pandemic, were exhibited with demonstration in each zone.
Among them, the rice serving machine "Fuwarica" is being used rapidly in hotel buffets and various restaurants, and this zone introduced many examples of its use at our clients, attracting a large number of visitors, making it a very lively zone.
Nearly 50 overseas visitors, mainly from Asian countries attended the event, reminding us once again that Japanese food such as sushi and onigiri are attracting increasing attention.
SUZUMO Fair 2023 Tokyo also exhibited and demonstrated the "SVS-FCA" rice sheet making machine, which was newly released this year. We received a great response from the visitors regarding the ability to easily operate various functions using an external tablet and the design that is intended for use overseas.
