We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited our booth at FOOMA JAPAN 2025, despite your busy schedules.

For those who were unable to attend, this report provides a detailed introduction to the latest technologies that attracted the most attention at the exhibition. We invite you to explore our initiatives aimed at solving challenges in food manufacturing and creating new value.

1. [SVR-SAE-WE] Fully Waterproof Continuous Roll Sushi Machine

The product that attracted the most attention from European visitors was our Roll Sushi Machine, which can be completely washed by directly spraying water over the entire machine.

Currently, demand for Roll Sushi Machine is rapidly increasing in Europe. At the same time, extremely strict hygiene management standards are required. For this reason, the live demonstration at the exhibition—where the machine was washed with running water—left a strong impression on visitors and helped build confidence in its reliability.

■Key Benefits of Implementation

Fully Waterproof Structure:
All parts of the machine, including the drive units, are designed to be waterproof. This allows for thorough cleaning of the entire machine while minimizing the risk of failure.
Compliance with Strict Hygiene Standards:
Even areas where residue tends to accumulate can be effectively cleaned with water flow, making it easy to meet stringent quality control requirements such as HACCP.

Reduced Operational Stress:
Operators do not need to worry about water splashes or alcohol sprays during daily operations.
Improved Cleaning Efficiency:

There is no need to be overly concerned about contamination. Compared to manual wiping, the machine can be kept clean in a much shorter time.
This product not only offers outstanding hygiene performance, but also delivers the production capacity and taste quality that meet traditional Japanese standards.
If you are looking to reduce the burden of hygiene management while improving productivity, please feel free to contact us.

2. [Sheet Onigiri Making Machine + Nori Attachment Machine] Replicating Chef Techniques

This “Sheet Onigiri Making Machine ” together with the “Nori Application Machine” attracted the greatest attention at the exhibition. The machine system was developed to recreate “ingredient-focused onigiri,” similar to those made in specialty shops.

■ Achieving the Ultimate “Fluffy Texture” and a Shape that Highlights the Filling

Pursuit of a “non-hand-pressing” method:
In the new model, the structure of forming rice into a sheet has been fundamentally redesigned. It prevents rice from concentrating at the apex of the onigiri and enables molding under extremely low pressure. As a result, it achieves the ultimate fluffy, with air incorporated—just like hand-shaped onigiri made by a professional chef.

Dedicated "Indentation" for Ingredients: This line forms the rice into a shape with a specific indentation (pocket) on top for placing ingredients. This structure creates a visually striking appearance where the ingredient takes center stage.

Creating a Handmade Feel:
By carefully adding toppings by hand onto the machine-formed indentation, the final product achieves a warm, handcrafted appearance, even though it is mass-produced by machinery.

Visitors who sampled the product commented with surprise, saying, “We didn’t expect a machine could produce onigiri this fluffy,” expressing strong admiration for its quality.

3. Compact Design and New Value Proposals to Meet On-Site Needs

■ A newly developed line with significant downsizing

Developed under the concept of “prioritizing ease of use on-site,” the “Multi Rice Portioning & Container Supply Line with Integrated Weigher” has achieved a more compact design in both height and width. At the exhibition, many visitors were surprised at the visibly reduced size at a glance and stopped to take a closer look. In response to numerous inquiries such as “Can it accommodate the containers we currently use?”, we were able to demonstrate the system’s flexibility and adaptability.

■Maximizing the Utilization of Existing Equipment with an “Onigiri” Proposal

Even for compact machines, we proposed a new revenue model. The idea is to utilize the idle time (non-operating hours) of existing “Sushi Machines” and “Roll Sushi Machines” to produce onigiri.
Proven Success Story: At a major supermarket in Japan, onigiri produced using this method has achieved remarkably high sales.
Improved Investment Efficiency (ROI): This proposal enables the expansion of product lineups while minimizing additional capital investment. It attracted strong interest from visitors, who recognized it as an effective way to maximize the use of existing assets.

4. [New Roll Sushi Cutter: Combining Balancing Safety and Convenience]

The new "Roll Sushi Cutter" also attracted strong interest from many visitors. In addition to being equipped with an automatic lifter function, the highlight of this exhibition was the “Safety Enhancement Unit,” which has undergone innovative improvements and drew the greatest attention.

■ Thorough Safety Design and Improved Maintainability

Simplified Attachment/Detachment and Dishwasher Compatibility:
Protective components designed to enhance safety can be removed very easily without the use of tools. Furthermore, these parts are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
Safety as a Standard Feature:
This enhanced safety unit is provided as a standard feature, not an option. This ensures consistent safety standards at every installation site.
Eliminating the Risk of Staff Injury:
While our cutter delivers exceptionally sharp performance, it has also posed a risk of injury during cleaning. The new model incorporates design features that minimize direct contact with the blade, allowing even less experienced staff to work safely.
We invite you to experience this new product, which achieves a high-level balance between safety and operational convenience.
