This robot shapes Sushi Cakes(SHARIDAMA) softly without crascutting each grain of rice. This also has a special adiabatic structure and keeps an ideal temperature for a long hour. Weighing, dividing the rice and shaping Sushi Cake (SHARIDAMA) are processed automatically, and softness of rice cake is also adjustable easily.

This robot can joint automatic rice cake aligning system ( TRS-DLA ) and Gunkan Maki Roll System ( SRG-DLA ).

Model: SSG-GTO

This robot can shape both gently formed "Sushi cakes" and "Omusubi" with an ideal temperature and moisture by just changing an internal unit. Internal heater is adjustable and this robot can provide an ideal temperature of sushi cake up to the hot " Omusubi ". Special shaping technique, which will make a cavity in the rice cake like skilled sushi chef can do, could be realized through this robot.
The appearance of this robot is just like a real rice chest, and there is no image of machine. This will be best fit for counter sushi bar and etc, where sushi is produced in front of customers.

Loosens rice like powdered snow, weighs it accurately then serves it onto boxed meal containers, bowls or dishes with the impression of bigger volume than actual.

Bigger "omusubi" can also be prepared with the handmade touch and taste.
